I'm betting they are breaking the seals on their nuclear reactor and firing it back up to produce more weapons grade material. The UN will be very displeased with them and might impose a sanction on them or even two! Yep...the UN....our current administrations best hope.........yep...
If I were President there would have been tomahawks in the air or a team on the ground to take out that pot bellied dictator who is ruining his country and starving his people. North Korea would come to understand prosperity and freedom instead of an iron handed communist rule and oppression.
