Somewhat Successful Fishing Trip!

The company, weather, and trip were great. The fishing? Eh, we caught four fish among nine people.

Mr. Germany caught a perch, followed by Beersnob catching a perch, hours later The Date caught a catfish (about six inches) and then later still I caught a one pound bass.

It was fun all around though and accomplished the desired result of getting out for a while. It really helped The Date to get some fresh air and get lakeside even though it was a long walk to where we were fishing. Her ankle is getting better, Thing 2 and I might take her to the local park pond and fish again Monday evening:)

I'm really enjoying fishing after work and before rehearsals. It's a good relaxing way to unwind. The next fishing trip hasn't been planned as of yet but it will be planned very soon and more than likely a few more people will want to join the fun!
