It's Sunday. It's nice out.
Didn't get a nap in yesterday after the Guy's Night. I did smoke a pork roast and made pulled pork. Put it on around three thirty and it was finished around ten thirty. It was falling apart tender after seven hours. I was anticipating a longer smoke but it was ready in less than half the estimated time.
It produced enough meat for about fifteen sandwiches. That'll be good for lunch, supper, and a snack later for the whole family.
