The BCS Champion?

Is Florida really the best team in the nation? I would argue that Utah deserves to play for the title now against Florida. USC might have a historically dominate defense but they lost a game to Oregon which got beat later by Utah.

Utah suffers from a lack of exposure and an unfairly weighted conference that isn't recognized by the BCS. If there is going to be a national championship game then they really need to include any undefeated team out there and do away with the automatic bid system.

The Rose Bowl gets the PAC 10 and the Big 10 champs....well who cares. Those two conferences are riding on their history of when they were dominate conferences. Do yourself a favor and research their bowl records this season.

The Big 10 especially is in decline and will continue to decline as more and more premier talents go to warmer weather schools. Who wants to go to Michigan when you can go to USC where it is sunny and warm year around?

Simply put the BCS is busted. Unless it includes all of the conferences then you will continue to get deserving teams left out of the equation. The mid-major conferences now that get left out of the BCS games are deserving of playing in the top tier games. If Ohio State can play and get beaten every year in a bowl game and keep getting asked back then I know that Utah or Boise State deserve to give it their best shot.
