It was a roller coaster year for sure but overall I enjoyed 2008. The party I went to last night was pretty raucous. I enjoyed it quite a bit even though I stayed sober. I was the DD twice. At least two people got sick. One, my date, injured her knee exiting the house when she stumbled from the step as I was trying to catch her.
I bought breakfast stuff yesterday to make breakfast for everyone who stayed over and I'm headed back over there in a few minutes to cook. I'm sure that no one is up but it will give me time to get things ready and get me some coffee.
My friends are the best. Last year we all became a lot closer as friends and a sort of family. Love my friends.
2009 will be a great ride with them!
