I'm so happy! This weekend, actually starting tonight before bed, I'll be smoking a brisket and a pork shoulder for pulled pork!
I can't wait, I love this stuff! I bought the rub and sauce yesterday as well as the meat. I probably screwed up on the brisket because I purchased one that was already trimmed. That's ok it just doesn't have the fat content I'd rather have.
Their full brisket selection left a lot to be desired so I had little choice in the matter. Regardless it'll produce some amazing results come tomorrow and I take them off of the big green egg!
I can't wait to get started tonight! First a full day of work though, have to keep those bills paid:)
