Not Quite Breakfast

But last night before bed I put the fixings for Italian Beef sandwiches into the crock pot for a slow overnight roast. So I had to indulge myself this morning with a spicy sandwich!

It has a small kick to it but not bad at all. These will serve as lunch and supper for us as well! A very simple recipe:
1 roast
1 jar of sweet Italian peppers
1 jar of hot and spicy giardinier
a couple of envelopes of Italian dressing seasoning
some water and a crock pot

Serve on Italian bread rolls.

Simple meal, filling, and very tasty. Give it a shot sometime!

That sounds incredible! And easy! I'm all about easy. Thanks for posting it. I'll probably give it a try in the next couple of days. Does it freeze well?
