Came home, ate some pasta salad I had made the evening before for supper. Then I headed outside with a cigar (Greycliff 2 Tubo) and a scotch, along with The Date's Kindle.
I've been reading Lucifer's Hammer and it's a marvelous story! To start it takes a snapshot of lots of different lives before Hammerfall. I'm not to Hammerfall yet but when it happens I'm assuming that it'll follow the ones who survive into the new world of rebuilding.
It was just nice being outside in the mild temperatures. Felt good.
After that I came back in and The Date and Thing 2 were preparing for rehearsal. I logged into Starcraft and we went 4-2. Not a bad evening at all!
